How to use shared bills

This guide explains how to move multiple bills to the same table in Superb POS app.

Shared bills allow you to have multiple separate bills on one table, useful when guests want to pay individually.

How to create shared bills

Step 1: access list view

1. Go to LIST view in the top left corner

Step 2: move bill to table

1. Click Switch Table for the bill you want to move
2. Choose the destination table
3. The system indicates if there's already an open bill on that table

Viewing shared bills

On table plan view

• The table displays the number of open bills
• Open the table to see all bills

In shared bills screen

When you open a table with multiple bills:

• Full overview of all bills appears
• Open bills individually to add products
• Tender each bill separately

Use cases

Individual payments:

• Each guest has their own bill
• Pay separately without splitting items

Different orders:

• Manage multiple orders at one table
• Track each order independently
