How to Update Your Card Terminals

Keep your card terminals up to date to ensure smooth payment processing and access to the latest features and security patches.

Steps

1. On the card terminal, tap Settings.
2. Select Configuration.
3. When prompted, enter the passcode: 1010.
4. The terminal will check for and install any available updates.

Good to Know

• Make sure the terminal is connected to Wi-Fi or a stable network before starting the update.
• Do not power off the terminal during the update process.
• Updates may take a few minutes — avoid processing transactions until the update is complete.
