How to Manage SMS from Your Partner Account
SMS management is flexible and transparent - you’ll only pay based on actual usage. This guide will walk you through how to configure and purchase SMS credits step by step.
1. Access Your SMS Settings
- Log in to your Partner account.
- Navigate to Settings then Marketing & Communication.
- In the SMS section, you’ll find all the options to customise and manage your messages.
2. Customise the SMS Sender Name
You can set a custom Sender ID (up to 9 characters). We recommend using your restaurant’s name or a recognizable abbreviation.
⚠️ Don’t forget to click Save after making any changes.
3. Enable or Disable Reminder SMS
From the same section, you can choose whether to enable reminder SMS for your guests. If activated, you can also customize the content of the message.
4. Check Your SMS Credit Balance
Under Credit Balance, you’ll see how many SMS credits you have remaining. This includes any unused balance from your previous SMS plan, which has already been added to your account.
5. Purchase Additional SMS Credits
You have two options to top up your SMS credits:
One-Time Top-Up
- Click on Refill Now.
- Choose how many SMS credits you want to purchase.
- You’ll be redirected to the payment page, where you can select your preferred payment method. The total amount will be displayed in euros.
Currently, there is no auto-renewal — you only buy SMS when you need them.
Automatic refill
Turn on automatic refill with the number of SMSes you would like to top up with once your SMS balance go below 30. This will be deducted from your default payment method on store - the same payment method with which you pay your Superb Subscription.
