This guide explains how to access and download end-of-day reports, sales reports, and tip reports from your POS back office.

Download end-of-day reports


Access EOD reports


  1. Navigate to sales
  • From the POS back office, go to SALES


  1. Open EOD section
  • Tap EOD


  1. Download your report
  • Choose your preferred format:
    • Click CSV for spreadsheet format
    • Click PDF for document format


Available formats:

  • CSV - Best for data analysis and spreadsheets
  • PDF - Best for printing and archiving


Download sales reports


Access sales reports


  1. Navigate to sales
  • From the POS back office, go to SALES


  1. Open sales report section
  • Tap SALES REPORT


Download options


You have two download options depending on your setup:


Option 1: single shop report


For a specific shop location:


  1. Select your shop
  • Find the shop you want a report for


  1. Download report
  • Press the DOWNLOAD button to the right of the shop name
  • Select the type of report you want


Option 2: all shops report


If you have multiple shops and want one combined report:


  1. Download all
  • Press DOWNLOAD ALL SHOPS


  1. Select report type
  • Choose the type of report you want
  • The report will include data from all your shop locations


Download tip reports


Access tip reports


  1. Navigate to sales
  • From the POS back office, go to SALES


  1. Open sales report section
  • Tap SALES REPORT


  1. Download tip report
  • Press DOWNLOAD
  • Select TIPS REPORT
  • Choose your desired file type (CSV or PDF)


If tip reports are not visible


If you don't see the TIPS REPORT CSV or TIPS REPORT PDF option in the drop-down list:


Note: Tip reports are only available for integrated card terminals. See our tip reports guide for more information.

  • Cannot be edited accidentally


Best for: Archiving, sharing with stakeholders, official records

Regular downloads:

  • Download EOD reports daily
  • Save reports in organized folders
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions


Backup and storage:

  • Keep copies of all reports
  • Store in secure location
  • Organize by date and type


Multi-shop management:

  • Use individual shop reports for location-specific analysis
  • Use combined reports for overall business performance
  • Compare shop performance regularly
