Guest Profile: What You Need to Know
Why Guest Profiles Matter
Guest Profiles help your team deliver a personalised experience — even in a busy restaurant. With quick access to key guest info, it’s easier to build relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Edit a Guest Profile
Click the Edit button to update:
- Guest’s name, email, phone, or company
- Add or remove a VIP tag ⭐
- Update allergies or dietary requests
- Add/edit profile notes for personalised service

You can always cancel a guest from your guestbook. Simply open the guest profile and click on the trash can icon. Confirm the deletion and the guest profile will be deleted from your guestbook.

Guest Activity & Reservation History
Guest Activity
View all past guest interactions, split into:
- Reservations: All bookings with active or completed statuses (e.g. Confirmed, Seated, Completed)
- Cancellations: All canceled bookings
- No-Shows: Bookings where the guest didn’t show up

Reservation History
See every booking the guest has made, including:
- Date, experience, time, party size, and status
- Click any reservation to view or edit details
