How to Refund a Bill

Discover how to make returns and issue refunds.

Return Menu Items and Products

1. Select the table
2. Click RETURN in the upper right corner of the app - Activate return mode
3. In the new window, click ENTER RETURN MODE
4. Identify items to return: all menu items turn red when return mode is activated.
5. Select the item to be returned. The item will appear on the bill with the option to add a reason for return.
6. Complete the return: click ADD TO TABLE and the return will be subtracted from the bill

Important Notes

Visual mode: Items in red indicate you are in return mode

Return reason: Adding a reason helps track return causes for future analysis

Automatic update: The bill updates automatically after adding the return
