Custom POS product templates


Create your own POS template and arrange your products in a custom layout


Standard POS product templates are structured by alphabetical order but if you want to have the freedom to design your layout then POS product templates is the right tool to use.


1. Access the POS backoffice here.


2. Under SHOPS, select POS TEMPLATES.


3. Tap ADD NEW.



4. Give your POS template a name, configure the rows and columns you want products arranged in, and tap SAVE LAYOUT TEMPLATE.



5. Tap LAYOUT to customise the layout. This will take you to the design page.




6. Create subfolders and group products by categories. For example: Make a folder for drinks, burgers, etc.



7. Name the newly created folders. Then drag and drop products into the folder. Example: Name the drinks folder 'drinks' and drag all the drinks to that folder.


*8. **In the folder, rearrange your products into the order you prefer.


9. Tap UPDATE LAYOUT TEMPLATE to save any changes.





10. The final step is to select your shop and assign the newly created POS template to it. Tap UPDATE SHOP to save.
