How to add a product during service

This guide explains how to add a product to a bill that is not included in your regular menu selection.


When to Use This Feature

Use the spontaneous product feature when you need to charge for an item that hasn't been added to your Backoffice product selection.


Adding a Spontaneous Product

  1. Open the bill where you want to add the product
  2. Click ADD PRODUCT in the upper right corner
  3. Fill in the product details:
    • Product name
    • Quantity
    • Price
    • Unit of measurement (ml, gr, etc.) - optional
    • VAT option
  1. Click ADD TO BILL


The product will appear on the current bill immediately.


Important Notes

  • Temporary addition: The product is only added to the current bill
  • Not saved permanently: It will NOT be added to your Backoffice product selection
  • One-time use: You'll need to add it manually again for future bills


Tip: If you frequently use a product, consider adding it permanently to your Backoffice product selection instead of adding it as a spontaneous product each time.
