How to Download Tips Reports

This guide explains how to track and download tips reports from your POS system.

Note: This feature is only available for integrated card terminals. If you want it enabled, please contact the support team at support@superbexperience.com

Accessing Tips Reports

1. Log in to the POS back office

• Go to https://pos.superbexperience.com/
• Use your master user and password

2. Navigate to Sales Reports

• Click Sales
• Select Sales reports

3. Set your date filter

• Choose the time period you want to view
• Select start and end dates

4. Download the tips report

• Click Download
• Select Tips report CSV
• The file will be generated and downloaded automatically

Important Information

Requirements

• Integrated card terminals only: This feature requires integrated card terminals
• Activation required: Contact support to enable tips reporting if not already active

File Format

• Reports are downloaded as CSV files
• Can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet programs

What's Included

The tips report contains:

• Tip amounts collected during the selected period
• Transaction details
• Date and time information
