How to enable Mobile POS

This guide shows you how to activate Mobile POS for your restaurant. Mobile POS can be used on both iPhones and your card terminals (S1F2). Below are instructions for each version of the app.

IMPORTANT! To do your EOD you need to login to the Mobile POS register from the iPad to close the day.

Step 1: create a register

iPhone POS and Terminal POS (S1F2)

Note: Superb POS app is pre-installed on all S1F2 terminals.

Log into POS Backoffice
Go to Settings > Registers
Name your register (one per device)
Select the shop
Click SAVE

Step 2: enable cloud printing

Only required if you're using POS templates

Log into Superb POS app (found in app-store)
Navigate to your Backoffice (top left corner)
Go to Settings (left hand side menu) and then Cloud Printers
Select your printer
Choose the main categories to print under Categories

Important: When using Terminal POS with Cloud Print, products must be placed in main categories only. Subcategories are not supported. For more information, see Products are not printing to cloud print from POS on terminal.
