How to Update Your Restaurant's Email Address


This guide explains how to change the email address used to send emails to guests.


Important: The email address must be updated in both General Settings and Email Templates.


Update email in Restaurants settings
  1. Navigate to SETTINGS and Restaurant information
  2. Change the email address and click SAVE


Update email in email templates
  1. Navigate to SETTINGS, Marketing and Communications
  2. Select EMAILS from the menu bar
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit each email template
  4. Update the email address in the From Email field (and the name under From Name if necessary)
  5. Click SAVE


Important: Repeat this process for email templates in every language you use.


Tip: Set up email notifications to receive a copy of every booking confirmation. In the email section, insert the email address to which you'd like to receive booking notifications under "CC Emails" and hit SAVE.



Quick Checklist

When updating your restaurant's email address:

✅ Update email in General Settings (Contact Info)

✅ Update email in Email Templates (for all languages)

✅ Set up CC Email for booking notifications (optional)
