How to Update Your Restaurant's Email Address

This guide explains how to change the email address used to send emails to guests.


Important: The email address must be updated in both General Settings and Email Templates.


Update email in general settings
  1. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon and select SETTINGS
  2. In GENERAL settings, find the CONTACT INFO section
  3. Change the email address
  4. Click SAVE


Update email in email templates
  1. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon and select SETTINGS
  2. Select EMAILS from the menu bar
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit each email template
  4. Update the email address in the From Email field
  5. Click SAVE

Important: Repeat this process for email templates in every language you use.


Receive booking notifications

Set up email notifications to receive a copy of every booking confirmation.

  1. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon and select SETTINGS
  2. Click ADVANCED
  3. Scroll down to the EMAIL section
  4. In the CC Email field, add the email address where you want notifications sent
  5. Click SAVE

You will now receive a copy of the confirmation email each time a booking is made.


Quick Checklist

When updating your restaurant's email address:

✅ Update email in General Settings (Contact Info)

✅ Update email in Email Templates (for all languages)

✅ Set up CC Email for booking notifications (optional)
