How to Redeem Gift Cards

This guide explains how to redeem gift cards when customers use them for payment.

Redeeming Gift Cards in Partner

1. Log in to your Partner account
2. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon in the upper left corner and select GIFT CARDS
3. Search for the gift card using the sender's email, receiver's email, or gift card ID code
4. Click REDEEM (if the balance has been fully used, this option will be greyed out)
5. Enter the amount the guest paid with the gift card and click SAVE

Note: If you enter an amount less than the total gift card value, the system will automatically calculate the remaining balance for future use.

Redeeming Gift Cards in iPad RES

For Amount-Based Gift Cards

1. Find the gift card on your Gift Card page
2. Click REDEEM
3. Enter the amount used during the visit
4. Click SAVE

The balance updates automatically and the remaining amount can be used at another visit.

For Experience-Based Gift Cards

1. Find the gift card on your Gift Card page
2. Click REDEEM
3. Click SAVE

Experience gift cards are fully redeemed in one use.

Tip: You can edit gift card details anytime by clicking EDIT.
