How to close a room or table for online bookings


If you want to prevent online bookings for an entire room or specific tables, you can easily close them while keeping manual booking options available.


This action can only be done on Partner. The block reservations feature can be used on iPad.


How to close a room or table


  1. Navigate to your floor plan or table management view
  2. Click on the room name or table name you want to close
  3. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to close the room for online bookings
  4. Click OK to confirm


Once closed, a small red dot will appear next to the room or table name, indicating it is no longer available for online bookings.


Important notes


  • Closed rooms and tables can still be used for manual bookings
  • If you reach maximum capacity for a service, guests can still add themselves to the waiting list
  • You can manually assign bookings to closed rooms or tables at any time


How to reopen a room or table


  1. Click on the closed room or table name
  2. Confirm that you want to reopen it for online reservations
  3. The red dot will disappear, and the room or table will be available online again
