Collect a guest's credit card information


See how to manually collect credit card information to secure the no-show feature works for a booking.


COLLECT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

  1. Change the status of the booking to Hold and select COLLECT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION and DO NOT EXPIRE. This will send an email and text to the guest asking for their credit card details.




  1. When they've entered the details, the booking will change colour to gold and have a credit card symbol on it.
