How to create an experience
Learn how to create and update experiences and events
Step 1: Create the content of the experience
Important: Remember toggle on "Show experiences" under the Experience section.
First, follow this 1-minute Product Tour to get started.
Please note if you're creating an event, select This is an event. In this case, only guests with the private experience link will be able to book.
Step 2: Create the rules for the experience
Please note, your experiences will not work before the rules are correct. You can always contact us in support to set them up or check that you've done it right.

Additional Settings
Under Advanced Availability Settings, you can configure optional fields to customize your booking experience:
- Max Total Guests - Set the maximum number of guests allowed across all bookings
- Max Bookings - Limit the total number of reservations accepted
- Duration - Define how long the booking lasts
- Turnaround Time - Set time needed between bookings
- No-show Fee - Activate and set the no-show charge
Best Practices
Reservation Policy
We strongly recommend attaching a reservation policy when creating a new event. Learn how to do this [here/link to policy guide].
Time Slot Capacity
If you need specific guest limits for each time slot (e.g., maximum 5 guests every 30 minutes), please contact support for custom configuration.
Closing Other Experiences
To close regular bookings or other experiences on the day of your new event, reach out to the support team for assistance.
